Refund Policy - the basics

At Helpex Cleaning Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services and ensuring client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we are happy to address your concerns and provide solutions. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a refund or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Service not provided as agreed: If our team fails to perform the cleaning services you requested or if any service area was missed, we will offer a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the issue.

  • Client dissatisfaction due to poor service quality: If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning results (e.g., noticeable dirt, stains, or issues that were not addressed), we will attempt to rectify the situation by either sending a team to fix the problem or offering a partial refund for the service.

Refunds are not eligible in cases where:

  • The service issue was caused by pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or materials that are not suitable for cleaning (e.g., delicate fabrics, unfinished wood, etc.).

  • The client failed to provide clear instructions or failed to remove valuables or fragile items before cleaning.

  • The service was cancelled or rescheduled by the client with less than 24 hours' notice.

 

2. Service Rectification

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, we request that you inform us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address the issue by:

  • Re-visiting the property to complete the cleaning at no additional charge.

  • Offering a partial refund if the issue cannot be fully resolved.

After 24 hours, the refund request will no longer be considered unless there is a valid reason related to serious service failure.

 

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning service by phone or email, providing a clear description of the issue.

  2. Provide photographic evidence or a detailed explanation of the unsatisfactory work (if applicable).

  3. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, process the refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

 

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations: If you cancel a service more than 24 hours before the appointment, no charge will be applied. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

  • No-Show Fees: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to gain access to the property within 20 minutes due to client absence, a 50% fee will be charged.

 

5. Disputes & Clarifications

If you feel your refund request has not been handled properly, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We value your satisfaction and will make every effort to address concerns fairly and promptly.

 

6. Policy Updates

Helpex Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting.
