  • How do I book a service?

  • Which areas do you serve?
    We are based out of Jammu and provide cleaning services across Jammu city, including major localities such as Trikuta Nagar, Channi Himmat, Gandhi Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Rehari Colony, Janipur and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to assist!
  • Do you bring supplies, and are they eco‑friendly?
    Absolutely. Our teams arrive fully equipped with industrial‑grade machines and eco‑friendly, non‑toxic cleaning agents—safe for kids, pets and the planet.
  • Can I customise my cleaning package or get a quote first?
    Yes! Choose “Custom Package – Free Quote” on the Services page or drop us a quick note with what you need cleaned. We’ll send you a transparent quote (no hidden fees).
  • What’s the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?
    Regular cleaning includes basic dusting and mopping. Deep cleaning targets hard-to-reach areas, includes scrubbing of bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, furniture, and more — ideal for move-in/move-out or seasonal cleans.
  • Do you offer deep cleaning for offices or commercial spaces?
    Yes, we provide custom deep cleaning packages for offices, clinics, and small commercial spaces. Contact us for a quote.
  • How long does sofa or carpet cleaning take?
    On average, 1–2 hours depending on the size and condition. Drying time for fabric upholstery may vary from 3–6 hours.
  • Can you remove stains from sofas or mattresses?
    We use powerful cleaning agents to remove most stains, but we do not guarantee complete removal of old or permanent stains.
  • What kind of equipment do you use for upholstery and carpet cleaning?
    We use industrial-grade vacuum cleaners, foam machines, and hot water extraction tools for effective and hygienic cleaning.
  • What does your move-in/move-out cleaning cover?
    It includes thorough cleaning of floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, fans, and furniture exteriors. It helps prepare a flat for handover or fresh occupancy. Sofa, Carpets or Mattress/Bed cleaning can be selected as add-ons as required.
  • Do I need to vacate the space before cleaning?
    For best results, yes. Especially during move-out cleaning, the space should ideally be empty or minimally occupied.
  • Do you clean windows and balconies?
    We clean window channels and sills (from inside), but external window glass and grills are not included unless explicitly requested or specified.
  • Can I add fridge or microwave cleaning to my package?
    Yes! We offer add-ons like fridge, microwave, mattress, carpet, and sofa cleaning at discounted rates when clubbed with a main service.
  • Are appliances cleaned from the inside?
    Yes, internal cleaning is included for fridge and microwave add-ons.
  • How is pricing calculated?
    For home cleaning, pricing is based on the square footage of the space. For sofa, mattress, and carpet cleaning, it's charged per unit/seat. All rates are shared transparently before booking.
  • What are the payment options?
    We accept UPI, online transfers, and cash after service completion.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    Please inform us at least 12 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may attract a small fee to compensate for booking loss.
